Compassion is a complete crystallization of human nature. It will appear in one person after acquiring some kind of spiritual and spiritual consciousness. It is an essential and important aspect for humanity, divinity, and spirituality. Nonhuman (ahimsa), familiarity (mitrata or metta), empathy, charity, selfless service and unconditional love are closely related to compassion.

Compassion is an important aspect of pediatric care (Fradd, 2007). It is important for pediatric nurses to have compassion and trust in order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for children. True love and compassion for a child are two qualities of a nurse engaged in pediatric health care and have a positive influence on all stages of child development. Youth may show behavior to challenge nurses due to high stress from hospitalization (Funnell et al., 2008). Puberty is a transitional period and time for physical and psychological adjustment, and due to recent changes in the body individuals are very sensitive to body images. Furthermore, the threat of physical contact also makes them uneasy. If nurses give sympathy and understanding to them, they can relieve stress and alleviate their suffering.

One of the characteristics of occupation is its own expertise system. Nursing knowledge can be viewed as a continuum that transitions from a high-level abstraction to a practical and concrete level of abstraction (Alligood, 2010; Fawcett, 2013; Masters, 2015). Nursing meta paradigm (consisting of four core concepts: people, health, environment, care) is the most abstract, followed by philosophy, conceptual model, macro theory, midrange theory, and context specific theory.

Nursing practice theory has the most limited scope and abstraction level and is developed for a specific range of care situations. Nursing practice theory provides a framework of nursing intervention and predicts the outcome and the impact of nursing practice. The power of these theories is limited and we analyze the narrow aspect of the phenomenon. The theory of nursing practice is often defined as an accurate community or field. The nursing model is well described as a simpler way to express or organize complex phenomena. A care model is to combine concepts and assumptions into a meaningful arrangement. The model is a way to present the situation to display logical terms to indicate the structure of the original idea. The term care model can not be used interchangeably with care theory
