Thousands of protestors gathered in the capital of Russia to challenge President Putin's victory in Sunday's presidential election
President Putin won 63% of the official public opinion survey, but international inspectors stated that the election is "unjust"
After parliamentary election on December 4, 2011, tens of thousands of Russians participated in protests against so-called election fraud, which is the largest protest of the Putin era. Protestors criticized President Putin, unified Russia and requested to cancel the election results. These protests caused fear of the social color revolution. President Putin is said to have organized a quasi-military organization faithful to himself and the United Russian party from 2005 to 2012. On September 24, 2011, Medvedev announced at the United Russian party convention that he would recommend the party to nominate Putin as its presidential candidate. He also revealed that the two men reached an agreement long ago to allow President Putin to run for president in 2012. This transformation was called "Rokirovka" in the media, "casting" in the chess movement in Russia. Medvedev said he is ready to "government real job"
President Vladimir Putin had never done one thing in his 10 years career in the Russian elections in 2011. People protested on the street and cried "President Putin is a thief" and "Russia without President Putin." In the New York Times article on December 8, 2011, allegations of President Putin on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton of that time were immediately taken up. He supported the assertion claiming that millions of "foreign capital" before the election flooded the Russian President Vladimir against the opposition campaign and compared the rebellion against Arab Spring. Regardless of protesters, the voting has been completed, it is natural that President Putin was re-elected. He is not going to keep silent about his doubts and the evidence and facts behind it. I do not want to go into all details here, so let's fast forward in 2016.
