Romantic Movement in American Literature

The Romantic movement in American literature was welcomed as the era of romanticism in American history and began to deviate from the traditional method of poetry creation by two artists, Walt Whitman and Emily Dixon. These sentimental authors built up their work according to the science of the heavenly and human brain. Sentimentorism contributes to the emergence of new ideas and accelerates the development of positive voices useful for lower classes of social class.

The romantic movement in America is popular and has influenced American writers such as James Fenimore Cooper and Washington Irving.
