13 Everyone has to hand in to regulatory authorities. All authority comes from God, so that powerful people have been placed there by God. 2 So anyone who is rebellious against authority is rebelling against what God did and they can be punished. 3 The authorities fear the wrong people without fear of the right people. Do you want to live without worrying the authorities? Do the right thing, they will respect you. 4 The authorities are servants of God and sent for you. But, if you do something wrong, of course they should be afraid because they have the ability to punish you. They are servants of God, their purpose is to punish bad people. 5 So, not only to avoid punishment but also to obey them to keep conscience
6 For the same reason, you also have to pay taxes. Civil servants need remuneration. They serve God in what they are doing. 7 Give everyone what you owe to them: Pay taxes and government fees to those who collect them, and respect and respect authorities.

Gurumudem said that the Romans 13: 1-7 and 1 Peter 2: 13-14 were not simply due to their curiosity. Their personal enlightenment is not in the Bible; they have us there - tell us how to talk to government officials - and how God looks at the role and responsibility of the government please explain. Effective government is the key to pursuing justice. Augustine said that true justice comes from sovereign god. Without justice, there is no community, common values, common ideals. Writer and academic Christopher Dawson once said that "Christianity is the soul of Western civilization, as the soul goes out, the body will rot." God's people must solve moral problems. When they wander (parliamentarians, mayors, governors, and presidents) they have to inform leaders from God's planned way
Crow gave two general reasons and three concrete reasons to conclude that the Romans 13: 1-7 are interpolated. According to general observations he says that it is highly possible that supplements to Romans 13: 1-7 are complemented. Accordingly, first of all, with respect to the end of the Romans, although it is the credibility of Chapter 16 and the continuing discussion of some of Chapter 15, they are certainly false and in conclusion of abandonment Absent. Gambling has proof that there is convincing evidence that the Romans 16 accomplished the first end of the document 4. Even if the conclusion of gambling is rejected, it is doubtful to claim Pericope. So far, for some reason, he does not mention it
