Abstract: In the past decade, chemotherapy services in the UK have been subject to national policy directives. In particular, these directives include the development of nurse-led services, but progress has been delayed. In this article, we will investigate the evidence of nurse-led services and explain the necessary abilities and skills. Chemotherapy nurses are respected for their drug knowledge, information transmission and communication skills, but previously lacked evaluation capacity. In this article we provide guidelines for the evaluation of patients who received chemotherapy, including the chemotherapy process, the need for important information, and consent, and consider the recent 2013 nationwide cancer patient experience study I'm putting in it. It discusses the general side effects of treatment and its management in detail, and outlines international common toxicity criteria leading to evaluation. Finally, it provides a brief overview of the new approach in acute oncology services that not only improves the quality of care but also improves the safety of patients undergoing chemotherapy.

The biggest concern when caring for cancer patients during chemotherapy is a side effect. The most common side effects of all forms of chemotherapy are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, internal bleeding, severe headaches. Dad is undergoing targeted chemotherapy and has received 2 treatments. The medicine he took was Erbitux and showed a short but significant positive response in head and neck cancer. Since this is a form of palliative treatment for treatment, it is treated once a week and after 4 treatments, he will be evaluated to test its effect.

Management of cancer patients should pay more attention to the side effects of nurses Appropriate diarrhea management improves QOL, improves compliance of drug treatment programs, improves overall. Level is important. Efficacy The efficacy of bortezomib is thoroughly studied in phase I, phase II and phase III clinical trials. However, many disadvantages of bortezomib exist due to its serious side effects, interactions and tolerance. However, in general, bortezomib is well tolerated and most side effects are mild to moderate.

Fatigue is the most painful side-effect reported by patients and is a cancer-related symptom in which nurses play a major role in management. Nurse researchers have made a great contribution to the definition, incidence, measurement and management of fatigue 47-53 ONS has played an important role in cancer fatigue management through many activities. In 1994, the organization sponsored a knowledge-based conference on cancer-related fatigue. A report published at the conference included a list of practical research guidelines 53. In collaboration with the pharmaceutical company OrthoBiotech, ONS coordinated the FIRE (Research and Education Fatigue Initiative) project to raise awareness of this problem. The FIRE program includes funds for nursing research, vocational education and public education. The FIRE project became a model of subsequent initiatives within ONS. The first national cancer fatigue enlightenment day was held in 1998
