In this paper, we propose a hospital social work service model with social work as a promotion role of medical team, and explain pilot project aiming at evaluation of these services. The role of social work in this educational hospital environment is to allow patients and medical staff to receive social work services at hospitalization rather than at discharge. This change improves healthcare and places social work at an important time to address social, cultural and environmental problems that occur during patient hospitalization. The model model is unique in that it places the social worker at the center of the doctor-led medical team. Medical students, residents and physicians all learn to observe and experience the benefits that social workers bring to this process. Educational medical students and social workers are ready for this profession
The role model is an example to follow, others, especially those seen in young people. This term is from Robert K. Merton, a sociologist who advocated a "model" in the sociology of Columbia University School of Medicine in the 1950's. This sentence comes from one theory of his group. Individuals compare themselves, but they do not necessarily belong to this group.
