It is estimated that nearly 16,000 people die every day due to all kinds of injuries around the world (1). 12% of the world's disease burden is damage. These are the third major causes of global death and death in children aged 1-40 years (2). Traffic accident (RTA) is the cause of the largest number of injured people in the world. According to data released by the World Health Organization (WHO), injuries due to traffic accidents account for approximately 25% of all injuries related deaths (1).
Traffic accident injuries are the second most common cause of death in Iran, following coronary heart disease. The main cause of death from a traffic accident was head trauma (66%), and 8,584 (57%) deaths before the death from a traffic accident played a very important role in accidental death rate (13 ). Various factors such as cultural, economic, organizational and social factors affect the care process (14). According to our knowledge, the studies done so far do not fully evaluate the nursing process in the emergency room; therefore it is necessary to use a qualitative method to study different aspects of the process .
