Rights of Man

Human rights confirm society's identity by giving power to citizens. Human rights is always based on various standards. It is usually very unilateral, sometimes fighting for median on both sides. Considering the French Revolution of Edmund Burke's article "Burke", in a sense it is said that the king is a servant, but in everyday life they are higher than anyone. Everyone under him owes a legal agreement to meet him with his wishes.

The adoption of the Declaration of Human Rights and the Declaration of Civil Rights in 1789 is itself a revolutionary act that enumerated several "human nature, nontransferable and sacred rights". "Human rights declaration" is consistent with the enlightenment of the "natural law" that stipulates that human rights are essential. According to enlightenment, the government already exists to protect the rights that exist in nature. They believe that rights are not from the government and are obligations to the government. Naturally, Marquis de Condorcet is an avid supporter of the new rights declaration. He even tried to promote the universal equality principles that apply to all, including women and ethnic minorities. Unlike Marquis de Condorcet, Edmund Burke is not interested in the universal rhetoric method contained in the Declaration and the fundamental new idea it supports.

After Marquis de Conduce was misunderstood by many theories, I believe that the spokesperson eventually discovered the true right of the people. "A person is a sensible being able to infer and gain moral value" (Condorcet 1). A clear understanding of human natural rights and its blasphemy was finally proved to be justified. People can now present all their opinions and use them to explore the truth. Enlighten thinkers objected to whether women enjoyed their rights. Rousseau thinks that women should be taught to be subordinate to men. Many think that women are equal to men in terms of reasoning abilities. In other words, you should have the same right. Enlightenment thinkers also opposed the issue of slavery. Some people think that should be abolished as it violates people's rights. However, others acknowledge that they believe that Africans do not have the same reasoning skills and do not have the same rights.
