Right to Self-Determination

Everyone has the right to choose their destiny. I firmly believe that the answer to this question is yes. Regarding the community, do they have the same choice? The importance of the problem is in choice. In fact, the right to choose a community or self-determination usually determines the government's response. The right to self-determination is a matter of international law and rights, and it belongs to the people, not to the state or government, but the Colombian government ignored this point and did not listen to the public's argument. Self-determination rights are one of the most difficult and difficult problems to be solved by the international community. In many legal formulas, we are defining the existence of self-determination rights, trying to define who constitutes and who has the right to exist independently. Other supporters of indigenous peoples and their rights use self-determination powers to replace the definition of those considered indigenous peoples.
