Using incentives as an incentive, employee incentives fall into two categories. In other words, it is the endogenous motive and the external motive. An intrinsic reward is an intrinsic and psychological reward, such as accomplishment or doing something. External remuneration is the remuneration that others give to you, such as money, praise, bonuses, trophies. This also applies to the scientific theory of Douglas McGregor. Douglas McGregor forms the X theory, which applies to the external needs of employees. The basis of motivation is to supervise structure and money. The foundation of scientific theory is that employees do not want to work. Therefore, they have to work and be forced to be caused by compensation for money. The theory Y, also derived from McGregor's theory, says that employees are intrinsic or personal motivating remuneration. In this theory, various factors can be used to improve the intrinsic benefits an employee can get in the workplace. "
