Introduction 3D printers are beginning to revolutionize our lives. The first printer was manufactured in the early 1980's, but 3D printing was not started until the beginning of 2010. Some people can walk and write, and they can get prostheses for 3D printers (winter). Automobile companies like Honda are starting to publish documents, and anyone who has 3D printers can print one copy scale model for that car (Elliot). Southampton University succeeded in printing the world's first robotic aircraft (Dillow).

Students can also use 3D printers to make even parts for repairing toys, robot parts, sometimes other 3D printers. This year, these printers are used for special projects. Through collaboration with The Enable Project, students developed custom prostheses for children in Haiti using these printers. Advanced students who may be interested in robotics engineering encourage them to implement projects they may think are more attractive. After the group of students decides to learn more about video editing, the instructor encourages the video to be processed using the video captured by the program robot. These videos continue to receive awards nationwide

3D printing is a force that can not be stopped. Until a while ago, it was only suitable for rapid prototyping, due to the printing speed and output limitation of 3D printers. However, in the coming years, 3D printers will be the core of comprehensive production capacity in a variety of industries, from aerospace to automotive, medical, fashion. The manufacturing industry that we know is never the same. Direct metal printing is getting faster and faster, and many new technologies are working right now. The number of alloys that can be printed in 3D is increasing and has excellent performance characteristics. You can get lightweight and complex high performance impossible with traditional design and manufacturing processes. Think of these changes, imagine the possibility that complicated and highly detailed products indispensable for the aerospace, automation and mechatronics industries will be produced at a low price soon.

Many hardware companies are beginning to test new prototypes using 3D printers. Thalmic Labs has several 3D printers such as MakerBot. But 3D printers quickly become cheaper and more friendly to consumers. MakerBot seems to be the major 3D printer technology, with three new models announced this year. MakerBot Mini is currently designed for consumers who adopt 3D printing and the other two are for professionals - MakerBot Replicator (5th generation) and MakerBot Replicator Z18 (for printing larger models)
