Review of the Relevant Literature and Industry Specific Barriers

A lot of research has been done on the importance of sports and non-sports. The motion platform provides rolling, pitching, heave, surge, yaw, and rocking motion. The motion platform also provides important over-control sensory functions and plays an important role in take-off and landing scenarios. Through these actions, the user can reproduce the conditions of the hard landing so that they can gain experience in the aircraft scene. The motion simulation platform allows the user to feel how the vestibular system and the liver / tactile system respond to different flight mechanisms (Macchiarella, 2011).

In this paper we propose to evaluate the relevance and impact of service quality and relationship marketing in the aviation industry. The following comments explain relevant documents to establish this proposal. This section describes the features and characteristics of quality of service and relationship marketing. The quality of service is the consumer's overall impression of the relative disadvantage / advantage of the organization and its services (Bitner & Hubbert, 1994). The quality of the recognized service is defined as an international judgment or attitude related to high quality services. (Zeithaml and Bitner, 2003) As more and more people have recognized the importance of quality of service, it has been widely debated by several researchers.

Review articles are displayed in literature review, specifically in the form of systematic review, both of which are in the form of secondary literature. Literature review provides a summary of past publications the authors believe to be the best and most relevant. A systematic review identifies an objective list of criteria and finds all previously published original experimental documents that meet the criteria and they compare the results of those articles

There are several types of literature review such as narrative, system, and meta-analytic review. Comprehensive stories The literature review is a standard review of the literature that critically evaluates and summarizes the literature relevant to the identified subject matter (Hemingway & Brereton 2009). This type of literature review is the focus of the number of articles and is read as background immediately. This literature review tends to begin with its chosen topic, explain its rationale and provide a theoretical or historical framework for that research thesis.
