Understanding of "transformation theory" in international development: Review of existing knowledge The 2012 report by Danielle Stein and Craig Valters reviews many concepts and general discussions in "transformation theory" (ToC) material . The author acknowledges that it is often understood as an explanation of how and why a particular intervention will bring about a particular change. They revealed ToC's four main goals - strategic planning, explanation, monitoring, evaluation, learning - although these inevitably duplicate. They also decided the lack of clarity when using the terms "hypothesis" and "evidence." Finally, they provided the author with an understanding of ToC's "best practices" from the viewpoint of content and process and explored the need for a more clear residual gap.

Review of the application of "change theory" in international development The review of the UK Ministry of International Development 2012 written by Isabel Vogel highlights the practical aspect of dealing with the theory of planned change. The review report is organized around nine themes identified through various interviews with key DFID staff and partners. To make it easier to read, key points are highlighted at the beginning of each section for each topic, and results are shown with examples. We focus on practical advice. Cases are also provided to explain the experiences of donors, executives and project people. The appendix contains examples of change theory and guidelines and tools to help you use change theory.

For example, Shea, Lubinski, and Benbow (2001) have shown that the spatial ability measured early in pubertal even after entering the language and mathematics in the regression equation is the follow-up education and occupation of academically talented students It plays an important role in predicting preferences. model
