Reading your own papers directly in public speaking situations may be attractive, but your paper is written for reading rather than speaking in public. In many cases the audience speaks in a successful language and manner as there is a chance to hear and understand what you mean. Here are the guidelines to help you turn your paper into a presentation.

Simplify the information so that the audience listens to the fact but never loses complexity

A summary is usually good, but if the short, concise and accurate representation is important to the topic, you can only read the quotation.

Draft requires multiple drafts. To find the correct structure and representation, you need multiple outline sketches with speech.

It is usually a topic sentence and refer to the previous or recommended material. You can include words such as "for example", "etc." etc.

It is the same concept, except for topic sentences etc, you need to recognize immediately. Simple phrases include "first", "second", and so on.

Delivering your paper is for reading. Please do not use as a lecture to read actual papers or use them as memos. You sound like reading the newspaper

Make an outline or point. Practice until you can make a speech (ie see the audience instead of your memo)

Over the past two years I have worked with pastor of Baptist Jeffrey Brown to help finance and expand his work to reduce violence. Pastor Brown has helped Boston and the other 21 communities reduce violence during the past 25 years. The story of his TED is the story of a miracle of Boston - a killing of zero boys of 29 months. Innovation is the best if you have a real game skin. In order to truly listen to your customers, you must think that you are willing to face rejection (or worse). But without these effects, it would be too easy to find simple and straightforward answers. If you are a beneficiary of the product you are building (ie customers / stakeholders), you are likely to get the right details or proceed further until you do.
