Resume objectives that guarantee you won’t get hired

Although I am a major insurance company recruiter, I have been looking at many resume books recently, I think that it was better if there was no objective description. Now you do not need to include goals in your resume, but some people still include it. Please note: There are two main ways to ruin objective statements.

After your name, the resume's goal (or career goal) will be the first part of the employment manager's view on your resume.
