Restorative Justice

Introduction: Restorative judicial believes that damage caused by crime can be repaired (Wallis, 2007), victims and local communities can return to their original state rather than relying on criminal offenses (Liebmann, 2007). Currently, the criminal justice system is based on retaliatory justice for restorative justice, which is punishment for criminals (Milovanovic, 2007) and is a harm to the victim (Koneke, 2011).

Restorative justice is a "non-confrontational and non-discriminatory process". "On the other hand, lawyers have no problems with conflict with lawyers."
