People facing major changes will inevitably resist the present situation and if they believe their position and security within the organization is in danger, they will try to maintain the current situation ( Bolognese, 2010). Folger and Skarlicki believe that organizational change casts doubts on employees, which may be a problem and may not be improved within the organization (see Bologna, 2010). It is likely to weaken even the best designed change effort (Bolognese, 2010).

The purpose of this white paper is to review recently published research to determine how employees resist changes in the organization and which change strategies can be used to minimize employee resistance to organizational change It is to do.
