Volunteers give me the time to effectively demonstrate my leadership, interaction and communication skills by having the children engaged in a fun educational environment. By utilizing my skills at the museum, children in the exhibition learned new ways of learning such as daily use and / or hands-on exchanges in life. The children's museum and RA work have similar goals and objectives, create positive environments and build skills to use in the future. The skills I am using at the museum can be applied as a resident consultant.

In each residential hall there are Dorm Director (RHD), Resident Consultant (RA), Consultant for the second year (only for the first year). These consultants are specially trained leaders who provide guidance, assistance and support to students in the dormitory. Except for the Thomas Hall, all the halls are co-ed and are exclusively for women.
