Research on the Balance Between Work and Life in Pakistan (Comparing Six Day Work Weeks with Those who Work Five Days per Week)

The purpose of this research is to compare the impact of individual social life, one person working 6 days a week, one person 5 days a week. The topic chosen as above is my own practical experience of work colleagues and friends working in other organizations. The basic concept to study this topic is to judge the work effect of 6 days in a person's life (men and women) in one week (9 am to 6 pm). From observation, it is observed that working six days a week affects social life compared to working six days a week for five days a week.

Typical working weeks vary from industry to industry, but the average of 40 hours per week is very standard. I work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means that ordinary people are working for about 24% of the time. Now, some people are running 100 hours a week. I work 7 days a week, I work 14 hours a day. These people spend 60% of their time at work. Let's increase the timescale to emphasize this difference. Those who need to be on average for a year or who are in a hurry will be completed within 5 months. If you are jealous, within a year your work will be more than twice that of ordinary people. The balance between work and life may seem like a dream of many people. 44% of global executives work more than 40 hours a week, 40% said that work hours increased in the past five years. Looking at these statistics, it is very difficult to balance work and private life, but that is not necessary. I spend an average of 3 to 4 hours a day on work related work, usually 5 days a week, 15 to 20 hours a week.
