The development of nanotechnology and tissue engineering provides a promising approach to repair and replacement of damaged bones [3, 4]. Poly (sorbitol sebacate adipate) (PSSA) is a biocompatible and ecologically safe, fully biodegradable thermoplastic aliphatic polyester. However, it has considerable disadvantages such as high elongation and very low thermal stability, which interferes with its larger commercial use. The mechanical and thermal instability of the PSSA elastomer makes it impossible to substitute it for biodegradable nanomaterials in commercial products [3].
Bone tissue engineering is a research that specializes in the implementation of materials of different properties to replace, enhance or reconstruct damaged or missing biological tissues due to various trauma, tumors, aging or congenital deficiencies Field. The classical method involves replacing missing or damaged bone parts with other parts of the body or with grafts expelled from the donor. Although this is a commonly used method, there are some serious limitations such as insufficient bone mass and quantity, pain, risk of infection, and immune response to foreign bodies.
Bone tissue is constantly updated, and new bone replaces old damaged bone. Therefore, the body maintains bone density and its crystal and structure consistency. After about 35 years old, the bones start to weaken. As you get older, bones break apart faster than they build. If this happens excessively, it can lead to osteoporosis. Calcium is essential to bone and it is important to ensure adequate intake of calcium. Mildew should include dairy products such as yoghurt green leaf vegetables such as milk, cheese, broccoli, cartilage fish, reinforced breakfast cereals. Supplement is optional if person's dietary intake is insufficient.
Bone soup does not replace bone in dog's raw food. Bones provide calcium and phosphorus to clean the dog's teeth and help to satisfy the chewing movement. Bone soup is very nutritious but it should be supplied as a whole dietary supplement, not as a substitute for the raw bone part. - raw eggshell from the farm's chicken (not an egg from the grocery store); make the shells fine with a coffee grinder or Nutribullet, then add a raw meal without bone components. Eggshells are all calcium and phosphorus is not included; as phosphorus comes from the meat and may cause imbalance, we do not recommend using eggshells as a permanent solution.
The human body is constantly replacing bone tissue, and it is important to understand osteoporosis. Bone remodeling is a continuous cycle in our bones. It begins with bone cells called osteoclasts that destroy or absorb bone. Another cell, called osteoblasts in bone, replaces the broken bone area with new bone (track 10). Maintain bone mass by balancing bone remodeling. Hormonal estrogen maintains normal bone remodeling rate. During menopause, women's estrogen levels decline. This causes bone resorption to be greater than bone formation. As a result, a large amount of bone loss or osteoporosis occurs. It is caused not only by bone loss due to climacteric disorder but also by aging. The older we are, the harder it is to absorb calcium. Our body reacts by producing more parathyroid hormone which absorbs calcium from our bone by absorption. This increases bone resorption and decreases bone replacement.
