Repeat of Courses (Graduate Policy)

Graduate students can repeat up to six units that received "B-" or less. In these cases, only recent results are calculated.

Students seeking to acquire the second master's degree can repeat up to six units that have received the rating of "B-" or less.

Students must obtain prior permission from the Graduate School Coordinator / Dean and the Graduate School Vice President in order to submit a course repeat form.

After obtaining approval from the corresponding graduate school consultant and the dean of the graduate school, the graduate student can repeat the course of taking C, D, F or U up to three courses (DD Reg A 540 F) (Note: It was changed from 2011 to September 1) It will be effective. Graduate students can only repeat up to 9 credits by September 1, 2011. Courses that have received C, D, or F grades can not be repeated based on S / U. You can repeat based on S / U or letter grade

Repeat policy of the course In order to graduate, the student must earn a passing score of "C" or higher in all compulsory courses and elective courses, including degree programs. If the student fails to obtain the required score for the course on the first trial, the student can repeat the course during the next semester. When the EWC is repeated, only the last grade of the course is calculated based on the grade average score of the institution of the student. Graduate students who take repeated courses can repeat courses whose final score is "B-" or less. The original score remains in the student's academic record.
