Rendell Company Case Executive Summary This report provides a clear perspective on Rendell's optimal organizational structure and some additional control systems to achieve the company's main objectives. It also covers the role, function, and responsibilities of the controller in the organization. This incident took us to Rendell. Rendell currently has problems between the administrator of the company and department administrator. We evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of Martex's organizational structure and whether it is possible to apply and implement Rendell to solve the problem.

Rendell had problems when implementing the latest management technology because the relationship between department administrator and corporate manager (Mr. Bevins) was unstable and the organization's budget was increased. Now, with these questions Bevins is interested in Martex's organization as to whether this will be a solution to the current problem.  & lt; Tab / & gt; Introduction of centralized accounting system - It is not possible to force the department to change accounting system. This will be too much work and may not fully meet the needs of the department. This will lead to inefficiency and conflict.
