Remedies for Breach of Contract

The breach of contract is not aimed at punishing the party committing the crime but the purpose of protecting and maintaining the rights and reasonable expectations of the parties seeking repayment. The purpose of the contract law is for an injured party to compensate for the loss if one party can not fulfill its obligations to the other party. In most cases, the standard solution for breach of contract is a refund, but in special cases the court can specify a specific fulfillment or prohibition for the parties.
