Dialectic of Relations: Research Report This study of dialectic theory refers to a book entitled "Personal Relationship Handbook" edited by Steve Duck. The basic dialectic of an ideal relationship is proposed by Lesile Baxter titled "dialectical view on communication strategy in relationship development". The theory discussed by Baxter describes the communication behavior that the coupe must use to establish, maintain and disseminate their personal relationships.

Although it is a way to study related dialectics, it generally focuses on the basic cooperative process of interaction. To interpret important concepts related to dialectical tension, we turn to the theory of relational dialecticism focusing on interpersonal communication. Relationship dialectic theory (Baxter & Braithwaite, 2008; Baxter & Montgomery, 1996) describes that the relationship life and relationship is characterized by change; (b) the relationship change is not linear but multidirectional and complete; (c) contradiction Or dialectical tension is inherent and fundamental to relational life; (d) communication essential to the dialectic of organizational and negotiable relationships. According to Michaela Meyer, "Relational dialectic theory reveals tensions in interpersonal relationships and assumes the ongoing maintenance and recovery of these tensions, so the theory of relational dialectics is related to how tension is managed in the relationship Extensive research has been done on the role of dialectical tension in relationships that serve to define 'as well as the factors affecting tension and its impact on relationships. Through research on romantic relationships, long distance relationships, friendships, and family relationships, researchers observed the existence and frequency of some dialectical tension in various relationships.

The relational dialectic is the concept of communication theory introduced by Professor Leslie Baxter and Professor Barbera M. Matgomery in 1988. This concept focuses on contradictions of relationships. The fundamental of the relationship dialect is that the extreme concept maintains the opposite root. This philosophical concept reflects the tension that exists in human relations. The concepts mentioned come from the contradiction that arises when two people with different differences maintain relationships.
