Rekindle Dynamics

There is almost no natural phenomenon in the scope and complexity of forest fires (Van Wagner [1]). Due to the lack of loans for many SMEs in Africa, many investment opportunities will never be realized even if they are profitable. Proper financial planning to provide the necessary funds for promising projects such as peer-to-peer loans can increase the impact. Such financing can be achieved at various levels, from large-scale projects to small-scale investments. Opportunities for raising counterpart funds in Africa can be divided into three areas.

Reigniting the entrepreneurial spirit and business agility is an urgent task - it should be the central focus of policy makers at all levels. The time has come to give priority to bold new ideas, eliminate hidden obstacles, make each community start business, raise funds and make business grow more easily.

Convergence to inferior or good results is a standard expectation of dynamics, but changes can be much more complicated. If you want to take effective actions, you need to know the type of nonlinear dynamic behavior of a particular type of system (or set of types).
