Introduction: People often associate war with long-term men wearing uniforms, guns, tanks and other kinds of armored vehicles. The images of massacres, mass murders and death spread in the head of the family, and the husband and wife, father and mother, son and daughter finally waited for home. However, in modern guerrilla troops it is often misunderstood that more and more young militia are being used.
Child soldiers are affected both as soldiers, as individuals who have moved to a new civilian life, both globally and locally, so it is necessary to remove the current impasse between the two dichotomous views. To do this, the parties need to adapt to the local environment as they divert their attention. This can be achieved by gathering experts from different disciplines, revealing more realistic conflict situations, better understanding the complex causes of conflict and the dynamics of post-conflict social reconstruction. Finally, further research on the viewpoints of child soldiers themselves is needed to better understand how former child soldiers sail in post-conflict society and how to reintegrate themselves into society.
Child soldiers and disarmament, demobilization and reintegration programs: Children's rights Universalism and cultural relativism
Child soldiers are not different from child offenders. Child soldiers are responsible for the most brutal and violent war acts. In Sierra Leone, child soldiers raped, cut, and mass killed a citizen. According to most domestic laws, the age of criminal liability is much lower than 18 years old, and in the United States criminal liability can be as low as 8 years old. If a child is convicted of murder under domestic law they are also responsible for international crimes. Just because that crime happened during wartime should not be so
In most human history, child soldiers were used in armed conflict around the world. For example, the southern African Zulu kingdom is known for military children. This problem still exists today. Approximately 40% of the world's approximately 300,000 children soldiers are estimated to be in Africa. Since the end of European imperialism, Africa's 8-year-old children were included in armed conflict because of the massive civil war in Africa. Even young girls were brought for this purpose. Recruitment of child soldiers has attracted global attention for the past 30 years. Humanitarian organizations such as UNICEF work hard to restore these children and restore them.
