Regulate Marijuana Like Wine

Discussion of the ban on cannabis has been going on for many years, but now 16 states and D.C. declare legalization of medicinal hemp, the flow is changing. Recently, California has taken action to vote for a new bill called "Large-scale Cannabis Law" in the next election season. Cannabis reform has become such a broad discussion for many reasons, including individual freedom, medical benefits and state rights. Marijuana on the mainland is illegal because the federal government already owned marijuana as all states made the same decision in 1937.

I think that it passed. Two years ago I participated in this initiative called "Adjustment of cannabis like wine". There, we were influenced by the prohibition of education officials. I believe that subsequent education, especially education in Colorado passed the legalization program. I think that we started this event very well in California, and the voting seems to be very positive just before the vote. So I am very convinced that it will pass.

The lack of pursuit of constitutional amendment raises obvious problems. Do these supporters really want to regulate marijuana like alcohol? Why is alcohol control the default argument about marijua debate? Can marijuana be regulated like a cigarette? Do you still like prescription drugs? Or is it a marketing drug? Will the consumer get drunk when drinking beer or wine at dinner time? People using marijuana are not seeking boo? These are important policy decisions that are not suitable for discussing voting restrictions, but it is still an important issue for those who are interested in long-term executable policies and frameworks for managing cannabis.

The conversation about regulating cannabis like alcohol is incomplete and does not mention the unique constitutional nature of alcohol regulation. The last article showed that cannabis discussion can be used as a review of how and why it is so regulated. Those who are really interested in promoting regulations like alcohol like marijuana should consider supporting the adoption of the twenty-eighth amendment to the Constitution after the 21st amendment. The amendment Article 21 abolished the federal government's prohibition on the manufacture, sale and transport of alcohol, but the state continued to limit or prohibit alcohol. The 21st amendment also established domestic regulation structure on alcohol today.
