Refrigeration air conditioners are responsible for the design, installation, maintenance and repair of the two systems.
Their work includes family and business environments, and construction and transportation departments such as ships and trucks.
The biggest problem faced by refrigeration and air conditioners engineers is finding solutions to cope with climate and environmental problems
The World Skills Standards Specification defines knowledge, understanding, and specific skills to support international best practices in technology and career performance. It should reflect the role of internationally understood work roles or professions on industry and commerce.
The TPC's online air conditioning and refrigeration training series cover the foundations of industrial refrigeration and air conditioning. Through a series of 10 AC courses, the features and designs of each of the major system components used in today's facilities are highlighted. An overview of the service, coordination and troubleshooting procedures, and how to use special air conditioning and freezing test equipment and tools. This series of AC courses online also explains in detail the air conditioning control, the type of refrigerant, the handling of the refrigerant, and the configuration of the piping system. Lecture: 3 hour experiment: 18 hours This course will explain the theory, basics, practice of refrigeration and air conditioning for beginner level students. The topics discussed included parts of the refrigeration and air conditioning system, maintenance procedures, maintenance procedures and thermodynamics. Student learning outcome: 1. Students correctly identify the four main parts of the refrigeration system. 2. The student selects the appropriate compression system component using the technical manual. 3. Students will (5) determine the operating characteristics of the main compressor type. 4. Students decide proper maintenance procedures for air-cooled and water-cooled condensers
