From the beginning, water has played an important role in society around the world. Trinity River Audubon Center is a new member of the park. Opened in 2008, the hotel is a gateway to many areas of the area and other nature observation activities. Like many other cities, Dallas is built along the river. The Republic of Texas was annexed to the United States in 1845 and the second year was founded in Dallas County. Dallas officially became a city on February 2, 1856.

Currently located in the Trinity River in the center of Dallas County in the north-central part of Texas State, it was first established in 1839 by John Neely Bryan as the Three Forks Region.
