Listening carefully to what we are talking about and how we are talking gives us great teachings. To keep a diary diary is a good way to reflect on yourself. At this point in my life, this is how I will reflect on my daily life. When I attended college, I was a bit confused with the team and the coach before practicing, and then reflected in my diary every morning. Now I remember everyday, working with my roommate and letting them and my own responsibility. It is self-evident, but the time has come for us to recognize and "open up". I write down what I am good at and what I struggle every day. Again, even if I write down my weaknesses, it is not overly criticized or attacking my happiness today.
