I recently took part in a course on joint discipline, but many of my own beliefs and practices in the classroom have been validated and strengthened in that classroom. Students choose their own way of behavior, but the best way to make the right choice in the classroom (even the easiest way) is to cultivate awareness of mutual respect and give them responsibility and ownership. Children need discipline, or want structure and predictability.
Frederick H. Jones, who writes active teaching discipline and active class instruction, defines class discipline as "establishing a joint class to maximize learning standards and reduce interference" (Chemlynski, 42). He is one of many researchers who are studying the time, manners, causes, and the most effective way of correcting children's behavior. There are two types of discipline: passive and active (Ban, 257). When teachers are not planning to respond because they do not anticipate bad behavior, reactive training occurs naturally. With this improvisation method, the teacher will be in survival mode. He / she has moved from one problem to another all the way (Petterle, 28). This leads to a structural contradiction that detracts from the authority and credibility of the teacher (Ban, 257)
When the teachers of this study made technical considerations, they should evaluate the participation of the students in the seminar considering classroom discipline, the curriculum rhythm, and the necessity of "reflection of course modification" I often talked about it. One of the teachers in this study is a phrase "Technical Reflection" that the seminary teacher is involved in thinking about how to improve their skills, abilities, and behavior to make the course more effective Course Correction Reflection ". As a means to participate in such introspective experience, a teacher asked the following question. "If someone wants to evaluate ... tell me about the baseball field, have you got the right mechanism?"
Freiberg, Huzinec, and Templeton (2009) have studied the impact of student performance on mathematics and reading comprehension in socioclassical classroom and instruction management systems - consistency management and collaborative discipline (CMCD). CMCD creates an atmosphere of people oriented, compassionate, disciplined, respectful in the classroom while strengthening the environment focused on active learning. Researchers found that the use of the CMCD program is statistically significant for student reading and mathematical scores (Freiberg, Huzinec, Templeton, 2009).
