In this article, I look back on my learning and the way it provides for developing an aggressive learning environment for my practice. I will show my understanding of the need to promote possible environments in my early days and my change in practice since college. I critically evaluate my contemplative and evaluation skills and provide examples of practicing these skills in practice. I will explain why I decided to develop these areas from the action plan and how to implement the proposed proposal.
