But this poem gives us a deep understanding of the cultural perspectives and ideals of the Anglo - Saxon people who tells stories. This includes their political, social and moral perspectives.

After all, this is an important way for us to explain the language. The interpretation of our language reflects our culture, past experience, society, work environment, and various things. This was my first public sector job after working in a start-up or small business environment, so I got into the office and was shocked and heard someone call government services "business" . Of course, there is a relationship between cost and remuneration between the people and the government, people pay taxes to operate government services. But the government is completely different from business, in my opinion, existence exists to meet the needs of people (in a very basic and simple way).

For the past six months, we have considered the first ten years as a company. As we have learned and developed in the last ten years, certain aspects of company and culture have changed, but the other aspects have not changed. If you saw the pattern that appears on your journey with us, that is it: we are working on building a company's business. Engineering thinking is one of our best values. For each portfolio company, we are considering building a business from the foundation rather than changing the business to a big idea of ​​what it is or what should be. Our desire to build a permanent entity is an important differentiator for us.

Over the past two years, I spent a lot of time investigating, discussing and building tools to enhance corporate culture and comprehensiveness. When reviewing my own company, the elements of our team are the greatest motivation for our success, and that is our commitment to design thinking. The next point is the important point that I think is important for this type of culture. At first, because the dealing with uncertain fields, the design thinking process is abstract and uncomfortable, but the resources - a thorough explanation, the whole team becomes more powerful. There may be a misunderstanding that the process of creating valuable products is to create a list of questions and prototypes and then ask the user if a feature is required. In most cases, these tools are used as a catalyst in conversation and are aimed at finding real problems that will eventually lead to ideas on how to solve it.
