Reflective practice is an ongoing act that directly affects practitioners. Jasper (2006, p. 53) believes that the benefit to professionals is the caregiver's contribution to the development of nursing knowledge bases and patient care and improvement practices. Furthermore, Jasper (2006, p. 43) explained that reflective practice is the foundation of reflection and is reflection on learning. Jasper uses this reflection process equation to illustrate this process.

Reflective Paper: In this subject related to my work field, I will look back on the events in my field of work.
