In the past seven years, I was shocked by the progress of professional development. I am extremely grateful to the students, parents, colleagues, professors, my professional learning network, writers, consultants and administrators who contributed to my development. And that made me a more effective educator. I am looking forward to continuing my professional growth while striving hard to prepare students for the tasks of the 21st century they will encounter without doubt. Learning and expertise through formal courses (nine graduate units), numerous seminars, conferences, web conferences, etc., I have increased expertise and learning.
5E. Participate in targeted career development opportunities and introspective practice: In order to become an educator, I am devoted to the presentation of contemporary studies, and I am planning to introduce my work to the Nationwide Vocational Ability Development School Association (NAPDS) I will participate in self-investigation. . The Washington Day Conference focused on the partnership between the local school and the university and announced the completed research interns through the program. As part of the student poster session, I submitted the last semester survey "Effective participation of junior high school". I also participated in several keynote lectures and research reports. I also participated in various seminars announced by SCATTER, an honorary association of the Faculty of Education at the University of South Florida. This includes the Success Summit, an interdisciplinary workshop designed to prepare the educator's career for the last intern.
5D. Collaborate with families, schools and larger communities to promote communication and support student learning and ongoing improvement.
Reflective practice is the central element of professional development of all medical professionals. Without it, learning and self-growth will become more difficult, job satisfaction will be affected. In the best case, it can be said that reflecting the good or bad of the day is not a structural aspect of the role of the nurse but a natural aspect. This is part of being a good practitioner. Olson (2014) compares self-reflective behaviors with "mental behavior" and links time to the inner world. He believes that this view is similar to Florence Nightingale's view that taking care of others might be a spiritual act. More importantly, he emphasized that reflexes are important to avoid burnouts by helping nurses keep in touch with their passion for careers.
Tom Russell says that teacher educators rarely imitate reflective practice when considering reflection articles for 35 years as a teacher educator, and clearly and directly reflect reflection of vocational learning I believe we can not. Their initial teacher education can be achieved through "confusion and negative perception of what reflections are and how they contribute to their professional learning". For Russell, these problems are due to the fact that teacher educators are not fully exploring the theories of introspection practices related to their own education, and hence the necessary "paradigm shift" It does not depend on the fact.
