The purpose of this white paper is to discuss how to reflect on lecturers, how to use reflection model and why confidentiality is important. I will be instructed by guaranteeing a 4 weeks research experience to clinical practice mentees (Quinn and Hughes, 2007, p. 29). Also, because reflection is the basic element of learning, I will use the principles of Kolb's learning cycle as a reflection model. Since I am a mentor, I arrive in this cycle and Jude in a clockwise direction, so she has to contemplate the skills I learned by reviewing the whole situation (Kolb's learning cycle was Rose in 1984).
Looking back at my virtual tutor, I feel like I am rejuvenated like a mentee. Our experience is to share mutually beneficial movements facing our strengths and our weaknesses. Together we have taken a positive step towards future success. By looking back on the past, I gained a deeper understanding of how to shape my future. By understanding the story of my career, my mentee can see certain highlights at the end of the tunnel, and can have a new and expanded outlook on the possibilities of the career .

A real mentor is a mentor full of emotional investments - the mentor wants to see their knowledge reflected in others, and students keep every lesson in mind. With real guidance, students learn and grow at a fast pace important to them, and instructors will see reflections of their own, they can further develop while reviewing their initial courses and tasks I will. When I was 21 years old, I had a tutor who taught me about weightlifting at the gym. He is a weightlifter and teaches me more than just substitutes and squats. He told me how to approach Jim in a trained and humble way. And it will eventually lead to other elements of my life.
