It is an abstraction. Collaborative reflection helps the team learn from the work experience of future work. While its possibilities are recognized and early work is available, there is little insight as to how tools can help people work collaboratively on their work. We present the first study applying the method of analyzing collaborative reflection support based on content analysis and cooperative reflection using tool using it. From this we will come up with design recommendations such as support levels for various groups and support for creating results with collaborative reflections. Our work will contribute to CSCW by demonstrating how tools can promote cooperative reflection in the workplace.

Our work promotes the latest advances in collaborative reflex research in two ways. First, it provides a preliminary investigation of the new collaborative content analysis scheme and its applications. The following shows how to design a tool so that the team can look back at different levels and support levels together. However, we are aware that the results are mainly based on what was created in the tool, and that reflection (or in some cases in the majority of cases) occurs with face-to-face interaction.
