Reflection on a Critical Incident

Contemplation is important in clinical practice and we are constantly seeking success, which can be achieved by learning the days we live through the experiences we have encountered. In this way, we can reconsider the previous knowledge and reconsider, add new knowledge to the knowledge base and let us know the practice. Learning new skills is more than just qualifying; this should be the second nature of thinking experts, as they continue their careers through their careers (Jasper, 2006) .

This article examines the reflection of key events that contribute to positive results. This is not a very important event, but there is a possibility to learn and it is therefore outstanding. This article identifies and explains the introspective model of Johns (1994), explains what is introspection, why it needs to reflect it in practice, and how to use it I will explain. Schone (1983) suggests rethinking important incidents as valuable terms, defined as important events in Ghaye and Lillyman (1997).

The article is a reflection of an important event during my six weekly schedule as a nurse in an orthopedic ward. The reason for this article is to reflect the serious accident happening during 3 weeks as a student nurse at Foster Ward of Ankaful Psychiatric Hospital. The selected event is the language barrier in communication. This case affected me because effective communication is the key to patient's health outcome and words affect effective communication. . Various theorists have various reflection models, and reflection is very important in clinical practice. We constantly call for success, which can be achieved by learning the days we live through the experiences we have encountered. In this task, I analyze one of the main events I encountered in Experience A (called SEA) at school and ponder about it. I think about the impact of my important events on my practice and associate it with theory. In addition, we refer to the four analysis methods outlined by Tripp (1993). Tripp's four approaches focus on challenges, individualism, thinking strategies, and reasons for dilemma recognition. I will study these four methods and discuss how to develop my educational practice.
