Reflection of My Experiences With Authentic Leadership

I have opportunities to work with leaders of different styles just by looking at them, listening to their stories and seeing the reactions of employees; they can measure the efficiency of their employees. I am trying not to copy or imitate their style. By following these qualities, I feel that they gave me the necessary foundation to help me achieve leadership excellence. True leadership I have not had the fun of working with real true leaders, but my current manager is one of the closest leaders.
