Reflection of “The Pastor as Counselor by Willimon

This week is another interesting week. Given my record, it seems that "fun" is my standard. When evaluating "Priest as counselor", Willimon proposed several persuasive arguments. I was shocked by the professional solitude that the pastor often felt, or my missionary. That is ironic with pain ... "Minister ... I noticed that I am around and I often appealed for entrance" (p.161) I often yield to the fight of solitude I will.

William Willimon provides insight to pastors who serve the church in the post-modern world. Willimon discussed today the role that the pastor actually plays and studied the biblical theology about the status of the pastor. Wei Meng emphasizes that the pastor needs self-meditation to recognize the importance of the pastor's role as a teacher of Jesus.

Pastor: As Nancy, a pastoral consultant, I certainly do not mind accepting the sorrow process for those who have lost their loved ones instead of such a long time. But I must say honestly that there is more sorrow than you are experiencing.
