Kaitlyn Gulick Pop Culture Reflection Paper as Social Practice 9/24/2012 I am enthusiastically consuming Kpop, but it came about two years ago. That is Kpoppers. I gradually became a fan of Kpop. When I first entered Kpop, I was studying in New York's high school. It can be said that animation opened the door of Kpop for me. I was introduced to Kpop by my friend LaTasha, so I met LaTasha through animation, so I think so. I want to show Kpop through my knowledge about animation theme song, so I think so too. Because it is very famous in Korea, LaTasha sent me a music video to Tohoshinki or DBSK and introduced me to Kpop. I like it, and whenever I have free time, I start practicing dancing, which is usually waiting for my game to start in athletics. Other kids of my school enjoyed it, I like it, I am trying to dance, but I am used to this treatment for animation and I can not mind too much . From there she showed me other songs of the group I like, but my interest is their particular, I did not look for new songs, just told her what I gave to me give. A few weeks later, she sent me a video from another Kpop group. She sent me the latest music from SHINee.
Video "Hello" I immediately fell in people and love of this group, took off from there. I started to search for their songs and listen to other groups, but SHINee was too worried and just laid off. But once again, Ratasha showed me "Super Girl (Korean version)" through Super Junior's Chinese team Super Junior M, and then introduced me to the world of K-POP. I already knew that I fell in love with their youngest members Chinese, Taiwanese, Canadian, and Liu Henry before I knew a lot about them, and chance for the major group I decided to give.
"Kpop culture has become a worldwide phenomenon due to its uniqueness.Kpop dance music is played by young girls and boys.Other type of music has only interesting group dance.A lot of girls and boys bands There is, but please do not dance like a hot girl or a backyard boy, it is unique. "(Min Kim) Kpop is similar to American pop music in a sense in a sense, but the difference is not that big. Place these on the table. Every Kpop band has a fan club, but the interesting thing is that each fan is almost a fan country. Well, the difference with Phan Dam is very big. Unlike One Direction - Directioners, every fan has a name in the band. This name may be completely different from the name of the band, such as BTS-ARMY, Apink-Pink Panda, SEVENTEEN-CARAT. Each fan circle 's name has a special meaning. They also have an official color
