Reflection: Personal Values

The next reflection is based on a set of 10 values ​​sorted in descending order. I trust this. I was reconsidered in the second year of VCU to understand myself and to understand how my value system affects every aspect of my life.

I think that I am a realistic person I calmed down. As a result, I tend to get along with many different kinds of people. If the actions of other people contradict my own values, I must take some time to understand that everyone is living on their own personal beliefs . Just because their values ​​are not exactly the same as my values, they have the right to form their own value system based on their beliefs and past experiences. Of course it is still easy to judge who may have different values ​​from you. I am aware that myself conflicts with people based on different values.

My values ​​come from my past experiences and have evolved over the years. One of the reasons I majored in political science and humanities at a graduate school is because I want to make healthy discussions with other people. If it is the right way, I will challenge and defend the debate, because using both logic and not emotion deepens the understanding of both ourselves and their opponents. While growing up on the table and listening to discussions about family politics, I tell you that there is a delicate boundary between sound arguments and discussions during extreme political scope. I do not doubt that my value system will continue to evolve throughout my life as I meet new people, continue to accumulate various cultural experiences through my trips and accumulate new life experiences.

My personal values ​​reflect my identity and my five personal values ​​are family, service, personal wealth, wisdom, and integrity. These values ​​are the main values ​​I believe, but I have more values. I value honesty, kindness, reliability, I believe these values ​​are aristocratic. Personal values ​​are our essence as people and people. It is important to understand and recognize your personal values. My family is what I value very much. My family is not perfect, but I like them very much. Since good values ​​and ethics should start at home, it is important to value families. People choose their family and many families have conflict, but it is still important for me to value family. It is wonderful that your family is in your life.

Personal ethics statements should reflect your personal values ​​and ethics. It explains important value to you and should serve as a roadmap of how you can guide your life. Create an outline listing the most important values ​​for you that affect your behavior and interaction with others. Please use words and phrases in the outline. For example, if honesty and integrity are important to you, write it down. Or if you believe that giving is more important than acceptance, write it down.

Business ethics is a field of professional value. Personal values ​​reflect the personality characteristics of entrepreneurs, but occupational values ​​correspond to the ability to act in a business environment. What is the right thing to do by following sound competition, self-determination work environment, and law and order? It is also important to consider potential customers or business partners as part of the company. The important thing is to create a situation that is convenient for both parties. If you celebrate achievement, you should include them as they are part of a trip. It is also important to provide the suppliers with the resources they need to meet the expectations of their customers and continue to be part of future travels.
