Introduction This post focuses on my care between two placement simulations and one placement change and focuses on oral care, bathing and medication management. It will outline the basic aspects of clinical care skills that occur in my environment. This also highlights the learning process and how it helps to improve my knowledge and ethical value and to provide high quality safe care. I will use the reflection model to discuss how I can achieve the required level of learning outcomes using other sources of current literature.

Learning style helps to reflect; it helps nurses properly reflect patient care, thus providing good standards of care. Thinking and learning are necessary to produce better results at the stage of contemplation, so reconsideration may be difficult if there is no way to care for the students. O'Carroll & Park (2007) also states that reflection is an important learning tool for professionals such as nursing. This should only reflect nurses at any time based on the type of care provided and should reflect on all areas of improvement and whether to give to the right patients to provide the correct care standards It means.

Reflexion gives the opportunity to strengthen clinical reasoning while giving good influence on patient care. Further research is needed to explore the impact of recursive practice and the quality of care the patient receives. It is also necessary to complete other studies on correct reflections on practical educational instructors concerning seminars and conference implementation and on the reflection on students' practical outcomes. Reflection is continuous practice in the field of nursing. There is always room for professional development and maturation. From students to nurse practice, reflection promotes growth and helps nurses continue to provide the best care for patients.

This article reflects my experience while taking care of patients. This article will give the definition of reflection.
