The important thing to consider is how to implement the professional development training and training that the teacher receives. Of course there are traditional face-to-face methods, but for organizations, finding ways to reduce training and travel cost techniques is an effective alternative to training. The introduction of technology has increased to meet the needs of teachers' professional development. Unfortunately, teacher professional development is not the main task of the administrator. Administrators are qualified through national qualifications (Zhao, 2010).

Last week I participated in our winter training with our annual new hire employees with over 800 Young Life employees at Destin, Florida. Most of the employees who participated in this training were the first three years of Young Life Staff. I am wondering how many people are bothering my head and how I can respond to such a high phone call. At the meeting of the Leadership team in the morning, I heard that the story of the group leader gave me a powerful impression. She talked about how we found employees in our group in the first year, overwhelmed by the majority of the week, inappropriate, not suitable for recent roles.

In the reflection group, by the sixth to the sixteenth day of training, the worker wrote the last 15 minutes and looked back on the lessons learned that day. Participants in the share group did the same thing, but it took another five minutes to explain the memo to the classmates. People in controlled condition continued working even at the end of the day, but they did not receive any additional training. The staff's performance under contemplated and shared conditions during the 1 month period was significantly better than the control group's performance. On average, the Reflective group performed 22.8% more in the final training test than the control group. The share group showed 25% higher performance in the test compared to the control group. This is the same as the reflection group.
