Recruiting & Orienting a New Generation

The Millennial generation is coming. For many employers and managers, this is a very shocking and awkward thing. The new generation of people are entering the labor market, and many people believe that these people are difficult, lazy and foreign. The year varies, but the millennium is typically represented by Americans born between 1980 and 2000 (Kuhl, 2014). This is a new generation of employees who have different views from previous generations and have very different view of the relationship between employees and employers.

Background Carl Robins is ABC. A part of the relatively new campus recruiter curl's role is to coordinate all the introductory training required for new recruits he hires. Fifteen new students were hired in April and direct training was scheduled on June 15. All 15 students were expected to work by July. In mid-May, Karl was informed about that direction, and the operations director was convinced that everything would be arranged in time. Within two weeks, Karl discovered that the application was incomplete, that the health checkup was not completed, that the training materials were not prepared, and that the schedule of the training website was inconsistent did. Carl has to find a way to successfully complete this scheduled orientation and training.

For new recruits, a very effective on-boarding program is offered to hold events that are in office or on the first day and are general and pleasant memories. The introduction training program includes 1) a letter from the CEO, 2) a list, 3) a welcome letter - a signature separately signed by the administrator, and 4) an employee work schedule of the first day / first week / year Yes. The hands-on training program allows new recruits to become familiar with doctrines, policies, procedures, and the type and nature of equality at the high level of the Federation.
