After the civil war of reconstruction and industrialization, the country witnessed two major social and economic movements. It completely changed the country and made it one of the world's largest industrialized countries. But it changed not only the country but also the society, lifestyle and tradition. The effort to rebuild the southern state and restore the alliance was called reconstruction, which lasted from 1865 until 1877. Several different reconstruction plans occurred during the war and after the war.

The period after the civil war between 1865 and 1900 was a great era of social change and economic growth in the United States. This period, often referred to as the "golden age", has rebuilt, rapid industrialization, and a new wealth. However despite these accomplishments, the era between reconstruction and the early 20th century was influenced by political stalemate, decline of human values, expansion of materialism, and extensive corruption. - American factories began to develop during the industrial revolution. The factory eventually appeared in the 19th century. The industry is stocking machines designed to rapidly develop the industry. Many machines can move themselves on large wheels, usually placed on the base. As the country continues to experience the revolution of its machines, it also continues to work on its infrastructure.

After the civil war and reconstruction, the American economy has greatly increased when entering the "Second Industrial Revolution" (a revolution generally thought to exist between 1870 and 1914). The Second Industrial Revolution liberated communities and their new products from the shadows. Large scale regional agricultural economic new technology complemented by new labor and production technology plays an important role in the daily life of working class and middle class citizens. By 1920, about 11 million people moved from the farm to the city. The other 25 million immigrants are from abroad
