The concept of sleep paralysis is not necessarily a "concept" but a reality. For the most part of the past 20 years, this has been happening in myriad of times. What makes this "concept" and how it will happen. I think that it alone is not enough, I truly believe that more people will be interested in what this situation is like.

A condition known as sleep paralysis is defined as the ability to move a person's limbs, torso and head, even when fully awake.
