Establishment of international relations research in the early 20th century has brought comparisons, controversies and discussions of multiple political theories in the past century. These theories are based on a specific understanding of human principles and social nature and project these concepts on international systems. They can study the international political structure and succeed in predicting or explaining the nation's response to specific situations, pressures and threats.

Since we share the environment as the earth, we should cooperate on a global scale. There are various approaches to international systems such as realism, liberalism, compositionism and so on. Compared with Thomas Hobbes' perspective, realism is driven by self-interest and power. According to Dr. Russell Boba, "For the realist, the global environmental crisis is naive and leads to expectations for cooperative countering human history records" (Bova 249-250). Understand the costs and benefits Rousseau advocates. Constructivism is a knowledge-based approach to analyzing climate change at the social level. If you adopt a liberal approach, you have to question the social structure that causes this ongoing competition for power and wealth. In a world without competition, you can reduce emissions and live in a better world.

Constitutionalism is a different theory from realism, liberalism, Marxism, and the level of abstraction is different. Constitutionalism is not a substantial political theory. This is a social theory that asserts the essence of social life and social change, therefore, we can not make a concrete prediction about political achievements that can be verified by social science research. (Finnemore & Sikkink 2001: 393) Therefore, it is far beyond my eyes. It is far less because it is not a theory that can be seen as a competitor against existing theory. It does not provide predictions about sustained laws and trends in world politics. Instead, it suggests a way to investigate them. Therefore, if you can think about a series of problems in other ways, it goes far beyond people's attention. (Branett 2001: 268)
