I tend to press pause whenever I want to write down after listening to an audiobook 25 times. Fast playback speed and slow note making process tend to be balanced and I usually complete each book at the same time under normal conditions.

Reading is very important. Reading gave us an idea. Please read what you do not understand. It stimulates us and stimulates us. If you want to write, you have to read it.
