Reading Men Differently: Alternative Portrayals of Masculinity in Contemporary Young Adult Fiction

This research explores the nature and performance of the masculinity depicted in the two novels that lead the male's main character and the other three popular young adult novels that starred the main character of the woman. Utilizing emerging theories and academic research, researchers believe that masculinity is easy to change, not female expression temperament, social scripts, fixed biological determinants. In this study, special attention was paid to the nature, development, and results of traditional heterosexual masculinity, evident from the details and style of the novel being studied. I write a young adult's novel of the present age.
